ENROLLMENT OVERVIEW

Monument View Montessori determines enrollment through an annual lottery process.

SUBMIT AN INTENT TO ENROLL FORM

To be considered for the lottery, families must submit an Intent to Enroll form for each child they wish to enroll by the 3rd Monday in February. Submitting this form shows intent only — it does not guarantee your child's enrollment, nor does it obligate you to enroll them.

SCHEDULE AN OPEN HOUSE

Before applying, we encourage families to attend an open house. It covers our Montessori approach, curriculum, and a full walkthrough of the enrollment process — so you'll know exactly what to expect before you apply.

THE LOTTERY

All complete applications received by the deadline are entered into the lottery which takes place on the first Monday in March. Families are notified of their result the same day. Applications received after the deadline are added to our wait list.

PRIORITY ENROLLMENT

Before the general lottery pool, priority is given in the following order:

Currently enrolled students
Siblings of currently enrolled students
Children of founding families
Children of school employees

AGE & PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY

PRESCHOOL PROGRAM
Open to toilet-trained 3 and 4-year-olds. We also accept and support children enrolled in UPK (Colorado's Universal Preschool Program) for eligible 4-year-olds.

KINDERGARTEN / ELEMENTARY
Children must be 5 years old on or before September 1st to enroll in Kindergarten.

2026-2027 SCHEDULE TUITION & FEES

Monument View Montessori participates in the Universal Preschool Program (UPK), a tuition assistance program for all 4 y/o children in Colorado. Please visit the Universal Preschool website to learn more.

PRE-SCHOOL / HALF-DAY

8:15 am - 11:45 am
5 days per week
Ages 3-5
$620 per month, paid over 10 months ($6,200 annual tuition)

PRE-SCHOOL / FULL-DAY

8:15 am - 2:45 am
5 days per week
Ages 3-5
$1,020 per month, paid over 10 months ($10,200 annual tuition)

KINDERGARTEN

8:15 am - 3 pm
5 days per week
Tuition is Free

LOWER ELEMENTARY

8:15 am - 3 pm
5 days per week
Tuition is Free

ACTIVITIES AND MATERIALS FEE

The fee for activities and materials is $200 per child each school year. If this fee provides a financial hardship for your family, or you qualify for the Free or Reduced Lunch program, let us know.
